Essentials Brand Package

Edinburgh based Glencairn develop design-led and sustainable community living spaces. As an agile and specialist team they bring together backgrounds in housebuilding and architecture within the student and hotel sectors.

The £55m landmark development in Ratho, near Edinburgh opens to the public in the summer of 2024. The site will welcome surfers of all abilities where they can ride around one thousand sustainably generated custom waves per hour.
